Salon Policies

Covid-19 Protocol: We will be enforcing and following the City of Rochester and State of Minnesota mandates at all times. All of our styling stations are 6 feet apart and our stylists are more than happy to wear a mask at your request. Our goal is for you to always feel safe and comfortable inside of our space.

We require 48 hours notice for canceling/rescheduling appointments. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a late cancel fee. These fees are determined each individual stylist.

 

Appointments that result in a no-show will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee varies with each stylist, usually between 50-100% of the cost of the missed appointment. A deposit will be required upon rebooking.

Please do not be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. If you are later than 15 minutes, you will need to be rescheduled and will be subject to a late cancel fee.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We are constantly working to raise the bar on our services, our space and overall client experience. Please know that your stylist is always happy to address any concerns you may have with your service and would love for you to contact them personally if there is a problem.
