The Collaborative Salon is a luxury hair salon in Rochester, MN offering hand-tied hair extensions, beautiful blonding and seamless color. We started as 3 coworkers who believed that women in our area, (both stylist and guest), deserve more. We believe in prioritizing self-care, taking time to nurture our souls, and being hard-working badasses who raise other women up. We believe that when we collaborate, magical things can happen.

Looking for hair extensions?
Our stylists have spent tons of time and money honing their extension craft. There are many different kinds of hair extensions, but we truly believe in the beaded row method we offer. They're the least damaging, the most lightweight and extremely discreet.
Jade is by far the best stylist I have ever had! She has natural talent along with extensive knowledge of how to create beautiful colors and styles. I have worn extensions for 10 years and Jade's work with my laced extensions is amazing. I get so many compliments on my hair, it's easy to dry and style. My confidence has increased so much.
